I needed to have some work done on the drainage and sprinkler systems in my back patio. I was referred to Olivio Landscaping and Irrigation by one of his competitors because they did not work on irrigation systems. That was a GREAT referral. Jose called me back promptly. He assessed the work and gave me a competitive estimate. The job was small but he treated it and me like both were important to him. He was totally reliable and responsive to my questions. He relocated one of the patio drains, installed a new sprinkler system, and replaced old valves in the 3 sprinkler stations. Jose and his team did a great job. Have used Olivio Irrigation twice now.  The first time I had a problem with a broken sprinkler pipe and an issue with the sprinkler system watering all of the zones, except for one, which I had to hand water until the problem was fixed.  Jose and his team were out the same day I called.  They were polite, professional, efficient and resolved my two problems.  Their pricing was reasonable. Today was the second time I had Jose come over as it appeared that there was a problem with the wiring of my sprinkler system as my yard was not getting watered at all.  Jose checked the wiring and discovered that there was no water coming out of the valves, so he checked the water main to find that it had been turned off by an unknown vandal.  He turned the water main back on and my system should be operating tomorrow morning. Definitely plan on using this company for any future problems.

I overslept through our initial appointment, but Jose was very polite and asked when we could reschedule. They overhauled my decrepit sprinkler system and now it is in better shape than when I moved into the house. Jose and Plació were very polite and responsive. I highly recommend this business.

We had a problem with our Sprinkling system with it being totally dead after a power outage. We called "Olivio" and they came out within hours of the call. He had the system back online in 2 minutes. I called Olivio Landscaping just before 8pm on a weeknight because my husband, myself and my neighbor could not figure out how to turn off 2 sets of sprinklers in our backyard that my husband and turned on manually.  I didn't want to call that late but it was an emergency and Jose picked up the phone and came over in about 20 minutes.  In about an hour he had our 3 faulty valves replaced and no more flooding.  His customer service is outstanding as I don't know of anyone who would have taken a job so late in the evening.  Reasonably priced as well.

Outstanding service!  Jose and team replaced my pool drain. Gave great advice on how to repair, with great attention to both function and aesthetics.  Job was done on time with no issues and looks great. Very happy and highly recommend!

Called Friday night for a massive leak in the front yard under the grass. Olivio came out at 7:30 Saturday morning to assess. Within an hour shovels were in motion. Three men working and everything was fixed by 2:30 in the afternoon. No surprises and the lawn looks like it never even happened.

Highly recommend for sprinkler and irrigation install and repair.  Jose Olivio shows up on time, wears a mask, has helpers if needed and is a good communicator using phone, text and photos.
